Our Permalinks also known as URL has been updated to be more SEO Friendly. On this post at the end of the URL you will read “blog-related/permalink-updated” because that is the whole permalink.
In the above URL, the “Blog-Related” portion is the Category and the “Permalink-Updated” is the name of the post itself. So it is easier for anyone to find the post if you know the category and/or post name. Can’t get any easier.
Hopefully I will be able to make more changes to the blog soon. Keep on visiting back for more information.

If you haven’t noticed already but earlier today we changed the theme for this blog to something that isn’t the default of wordpress and that is kind of orange and green in theme. It is clean and sleek and I just liked it and thought it would fit.
I Did customize it a little like the side bar and put some ads on here for some revenue if possible. Hopefully as time goes by I’ll be able to make a theme that is even more custom and perhaps even unique.

Do you have a judgment against you? And your bank account has been restraint by any law firm. You don’t have knowledge about the lawsuit including the judgment. You can stop garnishing money from your bank account by the Marshal. In this regard what you have to do, ask the law firm for a copy of the judgment, and all other related papers from beginning to end, i.e. Summons and complaint, affidavit of service, etc.
Go to the court where from the judgment was entered against, see a court clerk, file an Order to Shaw Cause OSC), where you will mention that you want that the judgment be vacated (put any reason, such as you never received any summons or complaint, and you have no knowledge about the alleged debt or money judgment). File the OSC with the court for signature by the judge, as soon as judge sign the OSC then you have mail a copy probably by certified mail to the Bank and to the law firm.
There would be a court date for hearing on the OSC and you have to present on that date to prove that the judgment was entered unlawfully. To prove you have to collect all the information from the law firm, ask them to provide you with any written agreement signed by you or any other evidence they might have.
If you find any defect in the service, such as they served you in your old address, or they might served the papers where you never lived there, and if the service is made by nail and mail. These are the most important part that you have to keep in mind when you back to court for hearing.
You don’t need a lawyer for this case, you can also hire an attorney but you have to pay a lot of money. Whatever I have advised if you follow you do not need an attorney!
I will keep writing about legal matters, so come back for more information about other legal matters.

If you are planning or have already signed a contract to a house, make sure the house that you are about to buy should be completely vacant, i.e. no tenants, or even the seller. If the seller, and or broker insist you to buy the house with any existing tenant(s), do not listen to them. They might try to convince you that, it would be very difficult to find tenant(s), so it is good to a tenant(s), and if you buy the house with a tenant(s) then you don’t have to worry for your mortgage payment. Actually, they will try to fool you as want to sell the house quick.
If you buy the house with any tenant(s) you will be in trouble by evicting tenant(s), if there is a bad tenant(s) living in the house. After completion of closing and taking over possession of the house, you find that the tenant(s) is bad and you want him/them out of your house, what you have to do serve him a 30-day termination notice to vacate. After receiving the notice, neither the tenant will pay you the rent, nor will surrender the house.
Then you have to start legal action against the tenant(s) called Holdover Action, it’s a lengthy process, it will take 1 to 2 months to get a court date for hearing. In this process you have to spend lot of money by paying the attorney fees, court fees, marshal fees, process server fees, etc. and at the same time it’s a hassle.
I hope this little information will help you keep yourself hassle free.

I bought a Guitar for my daughter a couple weeks ago through internet. Neither I nor my daughter had any idea about the tuning system. When she went to get her lessons it was found that one of the strings does not create any sound, and the guitar is useless. I had to buy another guitar for my daughter from a musical store, so the money I spent for the first guitar was wastage of money nothing else, and I had to garbage the guitar!
So my suggestion to people who want to buy any musical instruments they should to go to a physical store and by from there.

I have been using Subway since I come to USA in 1997; it is really comfortable ride, though some times it makes some delays in coming to the station. I live nearby by the Subway, actually its only 2-minitue walk from my home and fortunately my work place is also near by the subway, and it takes only 1.5-minute walk.
Total journey from my home to work place is only 10 minutes, its only three stations away. Actually, it doesn’t matter whether how long the travel takes to reach my work place, it is hassle free ride and at the same time it is environmentally safe, and small chance of accident. I think everybody should start using subway for their every day travel whether it’s mandatory or a pleasure journey.

If you face any kind of legal problem or being sued by a consumer related debt. And you are unable to retain a lawyer due to your hardship there is always a help in our court system. What you have to do just go to the Court from where you are being sued and talked to the court clerk who will direct you to the legal help desk, where there would be a lawyer.
