The Cyclone in Myanmar hit so hard now the death toll raised to 15,000 and more than 30,000 people are accounted for. The four cities of the country had completely destroyed. The Bangladesh Government is sending a consignment of relief, which consist of 50,000 pieces of garments for men, women, and children and with few thousand of oral saline.

The government has divested by the cyclone and has urged the international community to help the Cyclone torn country immediately to rebuild so that they can stand again.

There is no elevator in the apartment working where I live; I live in 11th floor. There are two elevators in this apartment building; the 1st one went out of order last week. The elevator goes off very often, and the management of the building does not repair them properly. On all a sudden the other elevator went out of order this evening. I had to go to buy some milk, and the milk was necessary, as my children will drink the milk in the morning.

I didn’t have any other alternate except to use stairs, going down was not a problem, when climb up is a big problem. I had to stop 2 places one in 4th floor and other on 8th floor; finally I got in to my apartment. What a bad evening!

I am almost finishing the deal of renting a store in a prime retail business location. I have one partner, who is on a vacation and scheduled to return by the fifth of this month. Unfortunately, he could not able to confirm his ticket, as his ticket was open for return. I called him to night and said he is going to the Airline office and will inform me by tomorrow morning.

We need to schedule a meeting with the landlord for signing the lease, since we are two partners, I cannot make the appointment without my partner. The time of signing of the lease is passing by, if we could not set up the meeting by Thursday then we will loose our earnest money and at the same time we not be able to take the store. I don’t know what I shall do. Now I am thinking if my partner fails to show up by Thursday morning, I will go myself and exclude him from the lease.

I am going to rent a store in a prime location in Jamaica, New York, negotiation has already been made. I just received the lease agreement today for review, I went through the lease and found some irrelevant clause in the lease.

I marked some the clause, which I will tell he landlord to remove those, as soon as the lease is rewrite, I will sign the lease and will take possession of the store and will start business. Hope everything will go well.
